Itâs OUR opportunity to listen into our light and our dark â- whatâs churning, whatâs composting, whatâs being planted. Do yourself a favor and RECLAIM sacred solitude to DIVE IN and find out whatâs important to you⌠what behaviors you are ready to let go of ~ what are you calling in ~ Take that breath. Take the walk.
