hey hey Reader, April is moving quickly. And with this new moon and spring energy what can you call into your life as VIRA energy? In Prana Flow, we call this VIRA BHAKTI. This beautiful energy to be an everyday hero for yourself, your family, your work in the world, for your community. My work with my teacher Shiva Rea, I was reflecting on this vira energy. Tending the fire of my own life. You can also ask these reflection questions in your heart. So stop now and EXHALE. Take a breath or 3 and CONNECT with your Divine current...and ask... What am I dissolving? What am I igniting? What am I sustaining? *Ask what it means for yourself, your close relationships, your work in the world... Can you then ask, the HOW question...how will you dissolve, ignite, and sustain? What aligned heart felt action needs doing? then LISTEN in! (don't skip the listening part!!!) (I need to slow down and appreciate my life, re-evaluate my business ideas + put some into action, release rigidity in some home life routines I am stuck in and causing me lots of power struggles with small humans.) When I speak to the essence of my own heart, in the quiet moments, I am able to have a clear vision and a way forward. A way that cultivates love for myself and for the others in my life. 13 years ago I was at the end of my first pregnancy and I thought I would not have this beautiful baby by Mother’s Day. I was worried I wasn’t a mother yet. I want to thank my dear nor cal friend for inspiring me this week with all our traded voice memos on Acai Bowls and chalky tasting shakes. I called first and told her I was drinking this absolutely disgusting shake. (I usually put beef protein isolate protein powder in my shakes, but I was out so I used an unflavored pea protein one.) 😬 Reader, it was very awful. Mis-take noted.
