Hey hey Reader, I want to close this loop for you...Gordie my 9 year old picked ice skating as what he's learning this year. ⛸️ (I know you were curious!!) He does look adorable in his big soccer socks and t-shirt in shorts when we go. ❤️ Did you write a list? Did you put it up somewhere to see it...or did you go down a rabbit hole of non productive scrolling and reacting to other people? For me, its being in the water, being in nature, and in solitude (no tech). I love being out in the water whether its paddling or surfing or swimming or running or practicing yoga. I am in tune with how I am moving and breathing. The channel is open for the whispers of my own creativity. Solitude and quietude are some key elements in this open channel process. It’s the breath! Hi hi Reader! Throughout some of my day I am doing and being on autopilot - the “needs doing” parts of life.
